In the year 1953 Polinter started its activity in Hospitalet de Llobregat making extrusions and injections. After a certain amount of time, it focussed its activity on the profiles world, tubes and coverings, still by extrusion. After difficult years, and a post period of growth, it moved its installations, in 1973, to its now to date location of Montcada i Reixac (in the vicinity of Barcelona).
