Polinter has production facilities designed to obtain the greatest flexibility and quick response to customer requirements, in both long and short production runs.
Our company’s 30 extrusion lines of different sizes and technologies allow us to quickly produce different types of extruded and co-extruded profiles using a wide variety of polymers available on the market.
We have our own tooling workshop where we make and maintain complementary equipment and tools to keep the production lines running, including electrical discharge and conventional machining tools and equipment for mould construction, cleaning and adjusting, profile projectors and computer aided design stations.
To supply the main production lines, our facilities feature two PVC grinders, a turbo-mixer for the pre-mixture and small-scale formulation mixers. This division relies on collaboration from a fully equipped laboratory for quality control and different formulation and colour developing capacities for a wide range of polymers, including a hydrometer, accelerated UV aging chamber, colour control chamber, colorimeter, etc.
The flexibility we possess to cater to all kinds of series has given us our wide experience in producing thermoplastic profiles for such diverse sectors as construction, machinery and equipment for the food industry, automotives, POS fixtures, shower partitions, decorative profiles, profiles for lighting, the shoe industry and low voltage fixtures, among others.
